To ensure steady growth and unmatched quality, ASEA has invested millions in a state-of-the-art production facility. This enables complete control over the creation process, from raw materials to delivery at your doorstep. By operating our own facility, we uphold the highest quality standards, manage costs efficiently, and provide lasting stability for you and your business.
The 41,500-square-foot ASEA facility is equipped with offices, testing labs, a production floor, and a warehouse for storage and fulfillment. Currently, it produces around 15,000 cases of ASEA Redox Supplement and 10,000 tubes of RENU 28 weekly, meeting global demand while utilizing just 30% of its capacity. This ensures plenty of room for growth as demand continues to rise.
The ASEA Production Facility is FDA-registered, NSF-certified, GMP-compliant, and Kosher-certified, undergoing regular inspections to ensure the highest standards. FDA registration signifies our commitment to adhering to all current GMP guidelines for dietary supplements as outlined in Section 21 CFR, Part 111.
Value of our Certifications
ASEA Redox Supplement is classified as a dietary supplement in the United States. While it is not FDA-approved, it is FDA-regulated. The FDA governs dietary supplements under separate regulations from those applied to conventional foods and drugs. Manufacturers and distributors of dietary supplements are not required to seek FDA approval before marketing their products.
Before marketing a dietary supplement, a company must ensure the product is safe, its claims are truthful and not misleading, and it complies with the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and all FDA regulations. These requirements also apply to topical products, foods, and supplements.
Good Manufacturing Practices

ASEA’s production center has earned GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) certification from NSF International, a global public health and safety organization.
