PRODUCT GUARANTEES, RETURNS AND INVENTORY REPURCHASE

Product Guarantee

ASEA provides a 100% 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee (excluding shipping charges) for all Preferred Customers, Retail Customers, and Associates.

Product Returns:
Returns by Retail Customers

ASEA provides a 100% 30-day money-back guarantee to all retail customers, ensuring satisfaction with every purchase. Associates are required to honor this guarantee. If a retail customer is dissatisfied with an ASEA product for any reason, they may return the unused portion within 30 days for a replacement, exchange, or a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.

For orders placed directly with ASEA, the company will process the refund directly to the retail customer. For orders placed through an ASEA Associate, the Associate is responsible for issuing the refund to the customer. ASEA does not provide refunds for orders placed through Associates, as those refunds must be handled by the Associate.

The following provision sets forth the minimum refund permitted by law to a retail customer:

Retail customers who make a purchase of $25.00 or more have three business days (72 hours) from the date of sale or contract execution to cancel their order and receive a full refund, as stated in the cancellation notice on the order form. If a customer cancels or requests a refund within this period, the Associate must promptly return the customer’s money, provided the products are returned in substantially the same condition as when received. Associates are also required to verbally inform customers of their right to cancel within 72 hours and ensure the purchase date is recorded on the order form. At the time of sale, retail customers must receive two copies of an official ASEA sales receipt, with the back of the receipt outlining the customer’s right to cancel the sales agreement.

Returns by Preferred Customers and Associates (Products Purchased for Personal Use)

If a Preferred Customer or Associate is dissatisfied with any ASEA product purchased for personal use, they may return it directly to the Company within 30 days for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). For Associates, this guarantee is limited to $240 within a 12-month period. If an Associate wishes to return products exceeding $240 in value during any 12-month period, the return will be considered an inventory repurchase. In such cases, the Company will repurchase the inventory according to the terms outlined in Section 7.3, and the Associate’s Agreement will be canceled.

Return of Inventory and Sales Aids by Associates Upon Cancellation

When an Associate’s Agreement is canceled, the Associate may return their Starter Kit, products, and sales aids from their inventory for a refund. Only items personally purchased by the Associate directly from ASEA are eligible for return; purchases from other Associates or third parties do not qualify. Returned items must be in Resalable condition (as defined below) and purchased within one year prior to the cancellation date. Upon receipt of eligible items, ASEA will refund 90% of the net cost of the original purchase price, excluding shipping charges from the initial purchase. Refunds for credit card purchases will be credited back to the original account. If the Associate received a commission based on the purchase of the returned product(s), the commission amount will be deducted from the refund. This policy ensures transparency and fairness while upholding ASEA’s business standards.

Montana Residents

A Montana resident has the right to cancel their Associate Agreement within 15 days of enrollment and may return their Starter Kit during this period for a full refund.

Procedures for All Returns

The following procedures apply to all returns for refund, repurchase, or exchange:

a) All merchandise must be returned by the Associate or customer who purchased it directly from ASEA.

b) All products to be returned must have a Return Authorization Number, which can be obtained by contacting the Associate Support Department. This number must be clearly written on each carton being returned.

c) The return must be accompanied by:
i) a completed and signed Consumer Return Form;
ii) a copy of the original dated retail sales receipt; and
iii) the unused portion of the product in its original container.

d) The Company accepts returns of full cases only. Individual bottles cannot be returned for refund, repurchase, or exchange.

e) Proper shipping cartons and packing materials must be used for returns, and the most economical shipping method is recommended. All returns must be shipped prepaid, as ASEA does not accept collect shipments. The risk of loss during shipping lies with the Associate. If the returned product does not reach ASEA’s Distribution Center, it is the Associate’s responsibility to trace the shipment.

f) If an Associate is returning merchandise that was returned to them by a retail customer, the product must be received by ASEA within ten (10) days from the date the customer returned the merchandise. This must include the original sales receipt provided to the customer at the time of purchase.

No refund, exchange, or replacement will be processed if these conditions are not met.
